Organization Background
Isolihle Youth Development is a Non-Profit Organization, focused in providing socio economic programs for youth. The organization provides skills training, mentorship, coaching and leadership development. Currently situated and operating within the community of Atteridgeville, it is ideally situated for easy access for the youth living in and around the area. The core vision and aim of Isolihle is to bring about fundamental change in the lives of youth and the community in general. The strategic objective of the organization is achieved through the usage of our network partners and expert panel.
Our vision is to have a positive impact on the lives and minds of youth in a way that they develop into positive young people and role models. Our Mission is to equip youth with the knowledge that will enable them to become better models citizen by empowering them to develop their full potential and understand their roles and responsibilities as part of a community, as well as enabling them to make meaningful contribution to the development of a responsible and empowered generation.

Creating a nurturing environment that will promote youth well-being and to foster a sense of belonging. The government and a number of private companies have for years now been trying to reduce the unemployment and the poverty rate in the society.
The programme will increase Skill Development and Entrepreneurship to help eliminate the unemployment rate and reduce the crime rate in the townships. The only way to have a working community is to create one, for a better tomorrow.
